    Project Narrative

This project is helping Sout Sudan get back on its feet after decades of civil war. A vocational skills centre has been built and established at Thiangrial and training has begun in metal fabrication and small business enterprises. Training in working with timber will follow. This will create jobs and provide skills and help start up small businesses. The first business is a metal-working enterprise.

    How will your contribution help?

After more than twenty years of civil war many young men have no education, training or employment. The workshed addresses these needs in a strategic village along the Nile and donations are an investment in the future wellbeing of not only these young men but the wellbeing of the wider village community.  Your contribution to the Workshed will fuel the growth of numerous micro enterprises which will ultimately support numerous families and their communities.

    Current Project Focus
