Project Narrative
Network Heaven aims to facilitate a long-term effective community development project to assist vulnerable women and children in the poorest areas of Sri Lanka break the cycle of poverty. It has been established on the back of nearly ten years of aid and development work by the project management team and is addressing basic needs for education, food, health and income security.
