Project Narrative
Through this project key SIM related personnel participate as interns in an AIDS self-directed learning program. Students undertake both theoretical study and practical field work under supervision. On completion of their program, each intern will present to stakeholders their personal reflections, a 'good practice case study' and a proposal for the application of findings to their local setting. They will also develop a plan to communicate lessons learned with the goal of training others.

How will your contribution help?
Good development programs aim to pass on knowledge and skills to local communities. An investment in this program is one way to help ensure HIV/AIDS treatment best practise is effectively taught and implemented but also passed on to subsequent generations of practitioners.
Current Project Focus
