Project Narrative
The fund allows Galmi Hospital to care for the many people who are in need of urgent medical attention who otherwise could not afford it. Many of the patients are women with fistulas brought on by obstructed labour. Galmi Hospital is centred in a very poor farming area and is the only hospital in the many hundreds of kilometres.
